All of our trips always include private pickup on arrival at the airport, transportation during the trip, and accommodation in our specially selected hotels. In some of our itineraries we include activities, though for most of our trips we try to leave that up to you. No more fixed group tours that don’t interest you - select private or join-in activities that suit your own unique holiday style!
Trips in Asia is managed from an office in Bangkok, Thailand though our team is spread out on the ground with offices nearly everywhere- Chiang Mai, Phnom Penh, Luang Prabang, Vientiene, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and on and on and on so don’t worry –there is always a friendly face nearby if you need us!
Global Trips has no control over whether your credit card is accepted or declined, this is entirely in the hands of your credit card agency so the first thing to do is contact your card provider. Let them know you are trying to make a purchase online and double check that the payment has not gone through without you realizing it.
If the payment has not gone through, advise them of the amount and ask for further instruction on how to proceed. If you have created an account with us, your trip details are saved and can be accessed again at a later date and paid for whenever you are ready. Trip details are saved until our deadline for payment 2 weeks prior to scheduled trip departure date, at which point you will receive a reminder email.
We allow changes to your personally selected activities up until 14 days before your scheduled departure date. After this point we have confirmed your selection with our suppliers and your activity selection cannot be altered without incurring a penalty.
We require passport details for all of our guest travelers in order to book your flights and sometimes train journeys in advance. We subscribe to third party secured browsing protocols and this information is never made public or shared with anyone other than transport companies.
Absolutely. Either with Paypal or by Credit Card, your card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault and the little 'padlock' icon on your browser confirms this. We will never store your card information.
You can pay for your holiday using Paypal the popular online payment system, as well as Visa, Mastercard or Wire Transfer directly to our local bank account here in Thailand. Just select your payment preference from Paypal's payment processing options on the final checkout page.
